The project site is located in southern Russia, with a picturesque evergreen landscape. Despite the favorable configuration of the site itself, the location of nearby objects contributed to the formation of the architectural appearance of the house, which would provide privacy and real comfort of country life. Thus, the very volume-planning solution of the residence serves as an element that visually encloses the house from the neighbors. All the main rooms open onto the inner territory, an outdoor all-season swimming pool and an ornamental pond.
In addition to the main house, there is a guard house with outbuildings and a garage for two cars.

Sky Frame panoramic sliding stained glass windows erase the visual boundaries between indoor and outdoor space.

The main idea and philosophy of this house is built around its surroundings. Special attention was paid to the central landscape composition: walking from the gate to the main entrance of the house, the owners and their guests are greeted by an ornamental pond formed by multi-level terraced areas with bonsai and evergreen shrubs. This idea is complemented by the dense forest surrounding the house and the water surface of the outdoor pool, thus dissolving the house into its surroundings.
The outdoor pool terrace flows into the main terrace with canopy, summer kitchen, dining table and lounge area. Access to the terrace is possible from the main representative room - the kitchen-living room, thus ensuring the interconnection of exterior and interior. The individuality of the project is in the flowing harmonious space, in a single composition.
An integral part of any architectural object is its perception not only in the daytime, but also in the evening. With the help of elaborate facade lighting and decorative street lamps, we emphasized the interesting dynamics and texture of the facade, creating an impressive effect at night.
